The marble bust
The marble bust has always been a recurring subject in classical decorative arts. It has recently regained a place of honor in interior design and decoration, where it adapts perfectly to the new contexts of liberty and baroque inspiration but also, by contrast, to clean and essential lines. Naturally, it especially enhances antique furniture and dark and precious woods in general, but it fits with great style even in the most modern buildings, gardens, offices, showrooms and designer contexts.
Artistic element for exclusive and valuable furnishings and environments, on a symbolic level, the marble bust transmits power and authority.
A favorite of art of all times, especially in the neoclassical period, the bust of Emperor Julius Caesar is undoubtedly one of the favorite decorative elements of sculptors and artists. The historical figure of the great Roman leader and the legends that accompany it, have contributed to making the image of Caesar universally recognized as a symbol of authority and power, and to pass on the myth of the greatness of Imperial Rome to this day.
On a symbolic level, the bust expresses the desire to preserve the living and real memory of the person in the portrait. In an image in which the face represents the compendium of moral and physical qualities and the head the seat of his soul.

Carrara white marble it has a pearly white background tone with more or less present and evident grayish intrusions and points. Rosso Francia is a historic French marble with a bright red color, arabesque with elegant white veins that bind to the color of Carrara marble. The result is an evident yet balanced chromatic contrast that makes this work imposing and suitable for luxury contexts, to enhance antique furnishings or modern living rooms.
